Soaking up the Sun with the RGA Team! We traded our desks for the great outdoors and came together for a summer team outing in beautiful Alexandria Bay! From boats to delicious (color coordinated) bites to eat, we took a break to build stronger connections, recharge, and have some well-deserved fun under the sun. August 2023

At Ripley, Garlock & Associates we believe that it is important to extend a hand to improve the lives of others. Not only do philanthropic endeavors remind us of our collective responsibility to participate in the development of our community, they restore our faith in humanity. We are proud that Dean Ripley received the 2022 Central New York Association of Fundraising Professionals Philanthropist of the year award.

To recognize community impact demonstrated through volunteerism by its financial advisors, Northwestern Mutual, through its foundation, awards financial professionals a grant to benefit a local nonprofit to which he or she has dedicated his or her time and support. The mission of the Northwestern Mutual Foundation is to improve the lives of children and families in need. since 1995, the foundation has donated more than $5.4 million to nonprofits through its community service awards program. In January 2017, Trevor Garlock received “outstanding recognition” and was awarded a $15,000 grant to support the Alexandria bay chapter of the foundation for community betterment.

Gigi's Playhouse is an organization whose mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome and to send a global message of acceptance for all. Our team helped Gigi's Playhouse prepare for their annual "Acceptance Challenge" and then walked in the challenge to raise money for the local Syracuse chapter. Despite the rain, we all came back energized, inspired and filled with gratitude!
